Deli Truck Menus for large numbers

Although we have a fabo reputation for our private gourmet catering for small intimate lunches or dinners (See great private catering)  we can also serve up to 200 people for an evening or lunch party, for corporate occasions. For example we have worked extensively with BMW UK serving customers and very special guests for this famous car brand.

Most corporate clients work to tight budgets, but absolutely want refined quality food. This is perfect for  our more relaxed but very tasty festival type BBQ food and buffets. As usual all home made with the best of local ingredients.

When clients have larger numbers or want to create a festival atmosphere the Deli Truck is  your one stop shop. For large corporate events we can supply up to four different food outlets, that all look different and supply very different foods. For example our Porchetta Tent serves Italy’s most famous street food for up to 200 people.

The Deli Truck serves it’s famous TexasBBQ menu and our “Boozy Ice Cream Tent” is an adults dessert outlet that lets the guests build their own Ice Cream Sundae.

We also have a stand-alone Paella tent under our brand name “Bomba Paella” that can serve up to 200 people. see following Photos.

For very large numbers we would suggest an indoor or outdoor, hotel style buffet menu, with tables laid out with warming pans of hot food food, breads, cold cuts etc. In this style we can easily feed up to 350 guests. See photos below.

Create an instant food truck festival in your garden 

Or we can create an instant festival in your garden with a number of different and colourful food outlets to tantalise your guests tastebuds. In the past we have organised Paella tents, a Rib Shack and a pizza van to work beside the Deli Truck.

We do work with a small number of other food truck operators who share our philosophy of quality. You probably won’t be surprised to know that there are many caterers out there  who dont care that much about using quality produce to make quality food.

So we have weeded out all the mediocre caterers and we can offer our clients a small selection of quality food operators who produce a diverse range of food types that you can be assured will give you the sort of food, quality and customer service that the Deli Truck offers its clients.

The Deli Truck with one of our other trusted food trucks at a private venue. In this instance the host of the party asked the Deli Truck to organise all the other food outlets for this party including a pizza truck. The little cream van in this photo was for dessert and served crepes, donuts and ice cream. The pizza truck was wood fired with an Italian chef and home made 24 hours pizza dough.

Our festival menus (large numbers menu) could include our famous salt beef sandwich, home minced gourmet burgers, meat ball subs with cheese and Italian sauce, Boston baked beans with crispy pork,  spicy chicken wings served with blue cheese dressing, our special home made sausage in a hot dog bun with mustard, relish and crispy fried onion. All these dishes and many more have been designed to feed up to 200 people in an hour and a half.
